2.2 Financial and professional data

2.3 Sensitive data (Art. 5 let. c nLPD) For the conclusion of personal insurance contracts (e.g. supplementary health insurance, life insurance), we may need to process health-related data (medical questionnaire).
Explicit consent: This data is only processed with your express consent (signature of a request for a quote or a mandate) and is subject to strict confidentiality.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data exclusively for the following purposes:
Execution of the mandate: Analysis of your needs, comparison of offers, conclusion and management of insurance or financial contracts.
Customer relations: Making appointments, following up on files, responding to your enquiries via the website.
Legal obligations: Compliance with documentation (LSA/LSFin) and accounting obligations.
Marketing (with opt-out option): Sending newsletters or information about current events in Switzerland (only if you have not objected).

Broker and insurer partners: In particular, our main partner Maximum Value and the insurance companies/banks with which we work.

5. Transfer of data abroad
Data processing is carried out primarily in Switzerland or the European Union (EU/EEA). If we use digital tools based in the United States (e.g. Google Analytics, marketing tools), we ensure that the transfer complies with the nLPD:
Either the country has an adequate level of protection (Federal Council list).
Or the transfer is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adheres to the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the mandate and in accordance with legal deadlines:
Prospect data (without contract): Deleted or anonymised after inactivity.
Customer data (contract files): Retained for 10 years after the end of the business relationship (Art. 958f CO).
Sensitive data (health): Retained with increased security measures during the period of legal liability.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (TOM) to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or modification (firewalls, restricted access, complex passwords, HTTPS protocols).
